Prior to taking the jump and starting Clarity Direct, Phil Cranch had over thirteen years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, medical and marketing roles. Phil is a passionate direct marketer and his experience includes four years as General Manager of an Australian direct marketing agency servicing most of the Top Twenty pharmaceutical companies.

Phil is a qualified pharmacist (M.Pharm) and marketer (M.Comm) and takes a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest trends in DM by attending USDMA annual conferences.

Phil is known for his optimism, energy and persistence. He is willing to take risks in order to deliver outstanding creative that will serve your best interests.

Simone Dunlop joins Clarity Direct with a marketing degree and over ten years’ pharmaceutical industry experience. Simone has worked for three of the Top Ten global pharmaceutical companies in sales and marketing roles. Simone has also spent three years in a senior client service position with a direct marketing agency.

Simone is known for her strategic vision and ability to deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service.
